We then look to see if there are any special considerations for business rules. Accounts can be setup to immediately offer the lead, hold for manual assignment, hold for business hours, or follow a custom rule.

The lead is offered to the most applicable agent with a configurable amount of time with which to accept. If the agent does not accept within their time window the lead is offered to next best suited agent. If two agents score the same, round robin rules determine the first offer.
